We are delighted to be able to offer Mental Heath First Aid courses both in your offices or on-line via Zoom.

Mental Health is very much in the news at the moment with the impact of Corona Virus being felt by everyone and these courses can be of massive help to employers and staff alike.

Mental Health First Aid is just as, if not more, important as physical First Aid and because these can be taught via Zoom, we are able to offer these safely from the comfort of participants own homes or offices

Even the smallest of employers are able to participate as we are offering open courses which are aimed at companies and individuals who need this training but don’t have the numbers to warrant a dedicated course.

Our Mental Health First Aid course open dates for January have now been released.  We are offering the 2-day Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace level 3 course on 19th & 20th January and the 1-day Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace level 2 course on 28th January.
